IV NEW SKIN LLC ships each order individually and will incur all shipping and handling charges.
Please be sure to include your order number with your returned items, to ensure that you are credited for your purchase.
Once IV NEW SKIN LLC receives and confirms that returned item(s) have been unopened, the refund process takes approximately 2 weeks.
Unfortunately the return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
